We have OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts available for the most popular Ithaca models, seasoned gunsmiths and tool makers on staff, and in-house custom wood services.

Shipping a Firearm to Ithaca Gun for Service:
Call first. We will do our best to explain the process.
You can send your firearm directly to us for service and we can ship your repaired firearm directly back to you only if the return address on your shipping label is your current mailing address.
Federal law requires us to only return firearms to the address from which we received it. If the return address on the label is not yours, we must ship the firearm to a licensed dealer for transfer back to you.
A special note to our California customers:
If you are sending a firearm to Ithaca Gun Co for service, you must do so using your closest available Federally Licensed Firearms Dealer (FFL) for all shipping and receiving purposes.
We will not return a service firearm to a home address in California, it must be returned to an FFL.
There are absolutely no exceptions to these rules.
It is our recommendation that if you have any concerns regarding shipping a firearm to us for service, contact your local firearms dealer and have them ship it for you. Most will be happy to do so.
BE SURE TO TALK TO OUR SERVICE MANAGER BEFORE SENDING YOUR FIREARM TO US.
ALLOW 6 TO 8 WEEKS FOR COMPLETION AND RETURN OF ALL RE-BLUEING AND/OR GUN REPAIR ORDERS.
IT IS A VIOLATION OF FEDERAL LAW TO SEND A GUN IN THE MAIL OR VIA A PARCEL SERVICE WITH AMMUNITION ANYWHERE IN THE PACKAGE.
If you have access to a printer, you can print our service quote form, fill it out, and send it along with your firearm.
Otherwise, include a brief note along with your gun that contains your contact information (address and phone number) and tells us what kind of service you desire for the gun.
AGAIN, CALL AND TALK TO OUR SERVICE MANAGER BEFORE SENDING YOUR GUN TO US.
PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR SOME OLDER MODELS SUCH AS THE OLD MODEL 51 AND SOME OF THE OLD SIDE BY SIDE AND OVER/UNDER GUNS.
GUNS THAT HAVE BEEN SENT TO US WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL WILL BE RETURNED TO THE OWNER AT THE OWNERS EXPENSE .
Pack your service gun very securely (hard case, bubble wrap, etc. are recommended) and send it to:
